Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 crashes after partnership is setu

Since I reinstalled Vista with SP1 and Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 the
WMDC keeps crashing after a partnership with my PDA (iPaq 4150) is setup.
When setting up the partnership, WMDC works fine. When reconnecting my PDA
WMDC crashes with the statement "Windows is checking for a solution to the
problem" which turns into: "A Problem caused the program to stop working
correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is
available" with a 'Close program' button.
