windows net framework 2.0

Windows frame work 2.0 is giving me trouble with installing. I have
downloaded the repair tool and used it. no go, In the add/rem no
there is no net framework at all. I have looked at a few blogs and
have been told to download regeasy or regcure. I have both, no go. So
then i thought it could be a security issue because I had prbs dwnlod
adobe flash player so I fixed that ,so no problem there.

Please provide further information, like what is your operating system
including service pack level, where are you downloading Framework 2.0 from?
etc etc.

What versions of Framework do you have installed?
