Hey guys, first support question today!

Recently I've been getting this error message: "Windows - No Disk."
I've attached the screenshot, but I get this error depending on what I'm
doing, and it usually takes a few times for it to go away.
I'm about to defrag, please tell me what to do to fix it!
Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 x64 bit.
2 GB RAM AMD Athalon x2 Core Processor
