Windows will not let me update my system

Winows keeps on checking my system for geniue windows at
windowsupdate.microsoft.com. It is failing. How can I update windows since
genuien windows is failing?

I just download it. I had the plug in WGAPluginInstall-1.exe in my system
before I posted this question. windowsupdate.microsoft.com is still rejecting
my scan of any useful updates. It used to tell me all updates that are
necessary and when there were no updates needed, it used to tell me no
updates. Now it is blocking me for geniune validation results.

How can I defeat this?

You might need to contact MS regarding this problem.
