Windows will not load!

I have been having problems with windows loading, after I first turn the
computer on. All I get is a black screen. I have to manually turn the
computer off, and restart it. after the second restart, Windows loads
properly. We use automatic updates, and seem to have this problem since the
October, 10 series of updates. Any help would be appreciated. Farmjoe
