my pc system hp pavilion "a475c" 3.20 GHz. Hyper thread tech 512 mb memory.

Office service pack 2, was auto downloaded, but failed to install twice from
ms critical down load catolog site. Received error code 0x51f - let it be
noted that four other critical updates auto loaded and installed A-OK. Help!

Please try the resolution listed in

may be an issue with the Local Installation Source (LIS) is in a corrupted
state.
