Windows.old..Programs Cloned From Vista32. Can I Execute?

Windows.old has many of my programs that i used on my old pc.
Can i execute them on the new. Somehow activate them to be
run?

No, you have to re-install them since there is no way to transfer the
registry entries for the programs from the OLD OS to your new OS. You do
want to make sure that any data files created by your programs are
transferred to your installation.
