Windows.old

On my Vista installation I have a folder named Windows.old which is taking
up quite a lot of disk space. It looks like it contains my first
installation of Vista which I had to abandon and reinstall.

Is it safe to delete this folder and all the subfolders?

Yes.

Yep, but make sure there is nothing in there you don't want.
