Windows Photo Gallery stopped working

We have two brand new Laptops with Vista Home Premium, and on both computers,
Windows Photo Gallery crashes EVERY time I try to look at pictures. I also
have a Vista Business lap top, no problem there.
Is this a Home Premium version problem?? This makes me crazy....

Please help!!!!!
