windows problem reporting has stopped working

windows problem reporting has stopped working
a promlem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close
the program and notify you if a solution is available

if i press close program the computer will shut down and want to gho into
safe mode becuase it wasnt shut down properly and no solution.

i get this about 20 during the day when pc is on and im not working on it.
also does this duing games internet, actully every application i use

i have :
vista home premium
amd athlon 64 processor 3800+
1.00gb ram
nvidia ge frorce 7300le
i dont know what any of this means and before this started it didnt miss a
beat
