Windows restatrts after sleep

Hi,

If I put my PC into sleep mode, when I the reboot it I find that
Windows tells me it is foing to shut down in 1 minute - which it then
proceeds to do and subsequently reboots.

Can anyone please advise why it may be doing this and what i need to
do to fix it?
