Windows SBS 2003 fails to boot after last batch of updates

I allowed the patches to install via Microsoft Updates...now the server
doesn't boot, whether safe mode, Directory services Restore mode...etc.
Before I jump into rescue with my install disk, I wanted to see if anybody
else has had this problem. This server is non-critical, in that it is my
home server, but I'd still like to have it up and running...

Never mind...it did eventually recover itself. I am seeing some errors with
one of the drives, now....so that might have been the cause...but nothing
shown in the immediate sense...
