Windows SBS 2003 KB931784 KB940276 won't install

Running a SBS 2003 - I have been having UPDATE problem for VERY long time.

Security Update KB931784 will not install no matter if I reboot or not.

Same for

KB940276 (Windows Server 2003 - SP2 for Small Business Server)

You cannot install some updates or programs:

Did you try those items in that KB?

Specifically the issues regarding cryptographic services.

Blow off the catroot2 folder and try again.

I think we are working now - it seems to be installing
