Windows Security Alerts - How do I turn it off?

After installing a recent update from the Windows update site (KB892130 I
guess) I am now getting a popup "Windows Security Alert" telling me that
"Automatic Updates is turned off" (it is turned off because I turned it off).
I have no desire or need to be reminded about it everytime I start my
computer, so can someone please tell me how to turn off this alert from
popping up?

Hi,

Control Panel/Security Center, click on the "Change the Way
Security Center Notifies Me" link in the left pane.


If the "Change the Way Security Center Notifies Me" doesn't stick
when you reboot, or you want to disable the Security Center totally,
you can do the following:

Start/Run --> services.msc

Find "Security Center" in the list, double click on it, set
"Startup type" to Disabled.
