thanks for your reply peter

all i know is that the dc and the domain itself works 100% at day, when
users are working, and at night the dc looses control. I've checked and
double checked all items. Found today that i had a locked default domain
policy and default domain controller policy, and reseted both. Made all
changes and applied. After this, all i can see is that 14 hours past the
ntfrs service is started, the problems start to happen.

It doesnt let me move this object to the dns container. I'm turned to be the
ntfrs consuming too much resources. How can i see, and if so, what procedures
can i take? One more question. Do i have to have the IIS ADMIN SERVICE,
SIMPLE MAIL TRANSPORT PROTOCOL, SITESERVER ILS SERVICE AND WORLD WIDE WEB
PUBLISHING SERVICE enabled and running. I used to had an extra exchange
server in my network, but no more. Internet is provided through a proxy
server in another office, set by dns in my network.

Thanks
