Windows Server 2003 Migrated to SBS 2008?

I'm stumped. I have looked all over online and in Microsofts technet site
and I cannot find a single thing about Migrating a 2003 server to a 2008 SBS.
If anyone out there knows the steps or WHERE I can find this info out, I
would be very thankful.
