Windows Server 2003 SP1 issue with UPS

Hi All,

Has anybody experienced any problems where after they install WS2003 SP1
there UPS Software (in this case APC Powerchute Business) service will not
start during the restart / login process?

I've experienced a similiar issue. After installing Service Pack 1, the two
APC services would actually hang and cause the server to take an hour or more
before displaying the logon prompt. Disabling the services corrected the
problem. I believe there is a hotfix available for this at apc's site.
