Windows Server 2008 80073712

Everyone on this posting is referring to Vista. I'm getting this error on
Windows Server 2008. If there is already a posting I haven't found it yet.

Q: Do you get a defined error message if you enter (in a cmd window,
aka Command Prompt window):

net helpmsg 14098


Otherwise, try a web search?...

Hmm... which update are you getting this symptom with--a .NET update?

You can probably make good use of helpful Vista incidents but just to
respond to your challenge...

I have just started having this problem with my SBS 2008 Premium Server.

In processes svchost runs at ~50%.

I have narrowed down the cause to the Windows Update service. If I disable
the service the CPU problem is fixed however the I cannot receive Windows
Updates.

Is there a fix for this?
