Windows Server 2008 Security guide - OS Hardening

Can someone provide the link where to download the windows 2008 security
guide for OS hardening.

i have downloaded the security compliance manager 1.0 and the relased note,
but couldnt find the security guide.

As you already see it is replaced with:

Check that the above link uses version 2.51 from 4/6/2010

yes , installed the compliance security managerdownloaded ,i am using windows
XP but the requirement is windows 7, not sure any issue.

the previous 2003 download, there are windows server 2003 security guide in
..doc format, i am looking the simliar for windows 2008, where can i find the
windows 2008 security guide ?
