Windows Server Update Service notices on clients

I have just installed WSUS on a server and it push installed updates to
clients fine. Only problems is I get a lot of calls from users saying they
get frequent reminders to "Restart Now" or "Restart later" because some
updates needs a complete reboot.

Is there a way to supress or change the frequency of the updates?
