Windows Service Pac 3 Update

Have tried to download for 3 days. Get to 52.30MB size of doc and
installation message reads FAILED.

Windows Service Pack 3...

Windows what?
2000? (It's on SP4 - you may want to grab that instead.)
XP? (There is no Service Pack 3.)

Sure you do not mean Office XP SP3?
If so, visit http://office.microsoft.com and download the entire file from
there and install it.

I am having the same problem. What windows version are you using? Mine is XP.
