Windows Service Packs

I have Windows XP Home Service Pack 1. When I went to the Windows Update
site, it says to install Update for Service PAck 2.
Do I only install for Service Pack 1, or am I to install whatever updates it
says?

It is telling you to install Service Pack 2.
No other updates are needed if you install SP-2.
