windows sidebar not starting

Hi,
I am having a problem with Windows Sidebar not starting when vista starts or when I click on the
icon. I even added it to the startup folder in hopes that would work and still no go. However, if I
log off then in again it will launch.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that it is running (using task manager) but I don't see the sidebar.

Sounds like one of the gadgets is causing problems.

I would delete them all and add one back 1 by 1 and see what makes it fail.
