Windows Sidebar Works Now

Gentlemen and my fair ladies...

Ramesh Srinivasan --- this guy is great...followed his directions to
register working properly...and it worked...

I guess that I could say thanks, but that would not be enough, as the
time that I have spent trying to get back my Sidebar is countless...
