Windows Small Business Sever and Exchange

Hello Guys, I'me very new here, I was hoping you guys can give me some info on setting up change server with windows SBS

Right now I only have a Box that I need to install SBS on, I studied MCSE and read alot of stuff online, Im im comfortable with a Server Installation and prep.

But I need some help with Exchange....

My Domain is hosted with fasthosts - I have a test domain my company gave me for my studies.. its Protext.co (Not .COM or .CO.UK ...Just .CO)

Can someone explain to me in laymens terms how to set up exchange and make sure everything is working correctly. my Main worry is getting my DNS and MX records correct.

What I have done is changed the name servers on Protext.co to point to Zoneedits Name servers, since I get more control with setting up NS and MX records. so then I In Zone Edit, I have made the following A records:

protext.co
imap.protext.co
mailserver.protext.co
www.protext.co

and they all points to 87.194.222.135 which is the Static IP my ISP gave me

I then have my MX records set up like this:
protext.co imap.protext.co 0
protext.co mailserver.protext.co 5

So Now my question is, Am I missing anything else for a clean Exchange server installation? and I've never done it anymore, does anyone know of some kind of walk through that takes you from start to finish from scratch ?
