As i have out of touch from Vista as i m testing Windows7 now a days so may
be you can have to do a little search but i think its right so try.
Click start and type wercon.exe and hit enter (if nothing comes goto
c:\windows\system32 and search wercon.exe and run it)
Under Tasks, choose "Change settings". Then open "Advanced settings".
you can turn off Problem Reporting here and enable it back. Hope it works.
