Windows sp1 for Vista

anyone really know what date sp1 is coming out i just am so wanting to know
even though microsoft doesnt want people to know when it will come out >.>

It has nothing to do with Microsoft not wanting people to know. Not
even anyone at Microsoft knows yet. It will come out when Microsoft
thinks it's ready. Because not even Microsoft knows, they haven't yet
announced a release date. It is *planned* for the first quarter of
2008.

Note the word "planned." That's "planned," not "promised."

That talks about a beta version of SP1, not SP1 itself.
