I had the same problem. I couldn't access my E-mail either. I couldn't even
access Microsoft to get help. I had to uninstall the SP2. I am now in the
process of getting on-line help from Microsoft. They advised me to go thru
the "safe mode" of installation but I couldn't work thru it. I had to
restart my computer in safe mode and then try to download the upgrade,
unfortunately, once I was in safe mode there was no internet connection so I
couldn't load it. Very frustrating. I am awaiting their reply.
