Windows SP2 Error Code 8007F01E

My installation of sp2 fails trying to do something with catalog files and
gives me the following error (8007F01E )

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Anyone?, I can't find anything to help me with this

SP2 is available at the Microsoft Download Center
(standalone "network" version, 266 MB):

(disregard the "intended for IT professionals and developers" part,
it can be used on a single computer as well)
