Windows SP2 installation failure

Hi...I have Windows XP with SP1 and I'm trying to update to SP2, but there
was an installation failure that occurred. I keep getting the error message
The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view. Error number 0x80072EFD. I already tried all the resolution
tips, and I still get the same message. Please help.

Make sure you haven’t got anything blocking Windows Update like Nortons,
Zonealarm etc
Also make sure you don’t have a Web Accelerator working in the background
such as NetZerio, HiSpeed, Speedband etc.

I have PC-Cillin, and I already reconfigured by firewall to allow the
microsoft update site, and yet, I'm still getting the same error message
0x80072EFD. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions. Thanks!
