That's because this is XP Home Edition.
You can access the Security tab by booting to Safe Mode and logging on
with the Administrator account.
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents <--- this is the folder
that needs the Permissions edited.
The Administrator account should have all Permissions checked except for
Special Perms.
System should have the same settings as the Admin account.
Everyone and Power Users have the same settings EXCEPT for Full Control.
The above settings are when Simple file sharing is Enabled.
Simple file sharing *should* allow access to the Documents subfolder.
Folder Options > View > Advanced settings
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the list to enable simple file
sharing.
