windows system drivers

I'm unable to find my win/98 system cd-rom
looking to move files from my sony/old/96 computer using a kingston/flash
drive (usb)...my sony has two usb ports but neither setup
can any one assist ..I need the file usbhub.sys and usbd.sys... to make the
usb ports work on my old sony/w/windows 98
