Windows Uopdate - Unable to download

Since the new Microsoft Windows Update Page has been published I am unable to
download MS Windows Update Error No 0x8007041E is displayed. Any assistance
appreciated

I too am having the same problem only my error message is 0x80248015

A guess from this information would be that you have stopped
too many services.

The WindowsUpdate.log could give you some more clues
