Windows update 0x800B00001

Just another error 0x800B00001.

Can some one help? I guess MS has a general problem?

it looks like we all have a serious problem here without any solution. I have
tried to reinstall office 2003 but still can't use it. Someone somewhere has
the answer surely. HELP
