Hi,
It makes no difference when using https, instead of http in the URL.
I do get to the "Scan for Updates" link, but then it will just sit on 0%
until the error appears, maybe 2 minutes later.
This server was working fine with windows updates a few weeks ago, until
some recent patches were applied. SBS2003 premium, with ISA server and
Exchange running. It is using symantec client security with groupware
protection, veritas backup, lots of accounting software... accounting
business.
Hardware : Asus server Dual 3.2GHz CPUs, 2GB Ram, Raid1 (O/S), 36GB 10K SCSI
and Raid5 (Data), 73GB 10K SCSI drives, redundant 3x 300W power supplies.
I have really come to a stop :-) The server runs fine, I just can't run
windows updates anymore :-(
Cheers,
Trevor.
