Windows Update on a 2k3 AD Domain

So we finally upgraded from dial-up to a half a T1 line...

Now that we are on the dangerous internet cloud its about time to update...

I believe most of the XP clients are SP2 and have WU enabled at 3am...

How can I control the WU settings of clients on the domain from the server?
Is this done in the domain policy because I am unable to find it...

Lets say if I wanted to change the WU time to 4:20am...or perhaps just turn
it off all together how would I do that for the whole domain?

Also, I know I need to update my servers...but I am VERY hesistant towards
doing a windows update on the 2 AD servers as my experience is that things go
wrong when updating...are there any common problems I should look out for ?

Found it under Administrative Templates...WU on the domain policy

Does this included the servers or just clients ?
