windows update always fail

hi... i just bought a laptop with windows vista
and it has a 2007 microsoft office suite service pack 1 (sp1) update for my
to install
but everytime i install it, it always fails and an error code 78F.
can someone plz help me and tell me what to do?

I had the same problem. I downloaded MS Live One Care (90 Free) Solved all my
problems
