Windows Update and another problem

I managed to download most of my updates, but one still remains:
Security Update for Microsoft.NET framework version 2.0 (KB922770). I tried
several alternatives and the response was that I didn't have the right
version of the software or installer to download this.

Also I keep getting a pop up at the beginning of a session that I do not
have a "definitions file" and to go to "program data" to install one. This
doesn't make any sense to me.
