will the windows update, update, if a limited user is always signing on.

Do you need to log into the admin account, or will windows update itself
with out using the admin account

You need an administrative account.

there is an administrator account on the computer, but it is not logged into
much. This is a computer for a child/kid. So if the computer is not loged
into the admin account the computer will never update?
If so can you set up a Scheduled Tasks to update the computer with the admin
username and password?

That is true, as long as the admin account is never used, the computer
will not ever update.
I do not think you do it on a schedule because you MUST log on as the
admin first.
