windows update and ms update blank and locked up

I have this on 1 computer at my work. This computer also can't use the
help feature with out that locking up. 2 services also just fail to
start the security center and the computer browser. I think the sec
center is beacuse of the domain but the browser one makes me think
something is up? Is there a fix for this? I am going to try this groups
other suggestions. Ay ideas?
