Hello,

I have a Windows XP Home Edition with SP2 (installed recently). Advent 3213
computer with a 2400+ AMD processor, a 120gb hard disk and 512mb memory

When I enter Windows Update it checks for the latest version, then I click
custom, it checks and it shows updates. Then I select the two updates (Intel
Modem 536EP and Windows Media Connect Update) I click install and the dialog
box comes up, then, within 2 secs, it show both of them failed.

What is the problem???? Could it be something to do with SP2

Thanks
Rhys Thomas
