Windows Update & Windows Defender updates Now Working

Following many days of trawling the net to find a fix for my problem of not
being able to run windows update or the windows defender update I came across
a piece that said H/P printer software if not installed correctly that
problems will occure im W/Update.

Solution...... Uninstall all h/p programs
Uninstall Windows Defender
Re-Boot system
Windows Update should now work - allow them to install
Turn off all anti- Spyware
Turn off all Fire Walls
Reload H/P software
Reload Windows Defender
and with a little luck Defender will also update

If Windows Defender still can not successfully update, suggest you
follow the steps laid out here :
