Windows update appears to be down

I cannot use the webupdate page. It says my system time is incorrect, but it
is not. I think there is a problem on Microsofts end.

How can we inform Microsoft techs of this?

There is usually an error message besides the clock message.
Verify your date time and YEAR are correct.
Do not forget to check Time Zone

Yes. Date, time, year and time zone are correct.

I've tried to update 2 different machines today and get the date/time error
on both of them. I checked the time, year and time zone and they are correct.
I finally got 1 machine to update after many tries but I'm still working on
the other.
