Windows Update behind a corporate firewall

I am trying to use Microsoft Update behind a Corporate firewall. I want to
permit just the minimum IP addresses/URLs for the users to be able to update
their Windows systems. I have tried several IP addresses/ URLs but it seems
something is always missing.

Any Ideas
