Windows Update Blank Page - Freezes IE

Running Windows 2000 Professional Server SP4, IE Version 6.0.2800.1106

When going to http://www.windowsupdate.microsoft.com the page starts to load
and then freezes the IE window only.. On the bottom of IE Windows Unknown
Zone is displayed and Opening page http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

Ran spybot and adaware along with HijackThis... Everything looks clean.

Automatic Updates doesn't work... In services when you do properties on
Automatic Updates I get a popup window that says "Unable to open service
Automatic Updates for reading on Local Computer. Error 5: Access is denied.
Status is "Starting" as well..

Any ideas... Will be greatful!
