Well, I tried that and checked other sites for recommendations but I'm still
not having any luck. The only thing is that I don't believe the people that
have the laptop computer rebooted it after I made the change. They may have
closed the lid on the laptop and let it go into hibernation mode. I just
remotely rebooted it.
I double checked the individual user accounts and found them to already be
set to 0. I did have to change the .default from 2 to 0 the other day based
on your information.
If they contact me back and tell me it still isn't working, is there any
kind of batch file I can use to turn off numlock when the computer gets to
the logon screen?
Thanks.
