Windows Update "Change settings" Button Disabled

Hello there,

Case1: Windows Update | Disabled "Change settings" button after joining to
Office Domain network. button not enabled even though logged on using local
system administrator account and Domain Administrator account.

Case2: Checking for updates ... when I click on "Install Now" button from
Windows Update section, Windows could not search for new updates Error(s)
found: 80072EE2
then click on "Try again" button getting Error Code 80190194.

Case3: click on Change Settings from leftside link, it bring me and displa
note
Some settings are managed by your system administrator. it does not make
sence because I have logged as Domain Administrator tried with Local system
administrator.
at this stage, All buttons disabled on this screen.

Please advise if anyone has got solution for this. note that this is start
happend after joined to Office Domain network.
