windows update displayed in chinese

i think that one of my friends thought it would be funny to mess with my
computer and now i can only view windows update in chinese i cant read
chinese so i cant figure out how to change it help me please

Somewhere in the URL it will say ln=xx where xx is the language code. change
it to ln=en to change back to English. You may have to change the settings
to make it permanent.
