Joey;
Follow this:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/
Look for "When installing an update you receive the following message:
"Software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing""

Otherwise follow the Windows Update Checklist:

Hi,

This error may occur due to any of the following reasons:

* Cryptographic Services is set to disabled.

* Log file or database corruption exists in the %Systemroot%\System32\Catroot2 folder.

* Other Windows core system files are corrupted or missing.

To resolve the error, perform the following steps:
1. Click Start and then click Run.

2. In the Open box, type cmd and then click OK.

3. At the command prompt, type the following commands, and press

ENTER after each line:

net stop cryptsvc

ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 oldcatroot2

net start cryptsvc

exit

4. Try to install the updates to Windows again.

If the error still occurs after performing the above steps, follow these steps:

1. Restart the computer.

2. Click Start and then click Run.

3. In the Open box, type cmd and then click OK.

4. At the command prompt, type sfc /purgecache and then press Enter.

5. At the command prompt, type sfc /scannow, and then press ENTER.

Note: This command will take several minutes to complete and may require access to the Windows installation source files.

6. When the command has completed, type Exit to close the command prompt.

You should now be able to install the Windows updates.

Rgds,
Sathya
