Windows update doesnt start

Every time I click on "check for updates" it does not start at all. It says
"windows cannot currently check for updates because the service is not
running. You may need to restart your computer."
I restart my computer and same thing happens again and again.

i also have the same kind of problem..so,did you find the solutions already??
